Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess grease and mix in the chunky salsa.
- Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill tortillas with the beef mixture, roll tightly, and lay in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled enchiladas, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
