Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut your top sirloin filet into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniformity for even cooking. Coat the steak pieces with olive oil, followed by brown sugar and selected spices. Toss until coated and let rest while preheating the air fryer.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Air fry the steak bites for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
