Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake the seasoned salmon in the oven for 10-15 minutes until it flakes easily.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and cilantro with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Prepare toppings by slicing avocado and shredding iceberg lettuce.
  6. Remove salmon from oven, break into pieces, and tuck into warm tortillas. Top with sauce, avocado, and lettuce.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
