Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to make the sauce.
  5. Dice avocado and shred iceberg lettuce for toppings.
  6. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces when cooked and let cool briefly.
  7. Assemble tacos with salmon, cilantro lime sauce, avocado, and lettuce. Serve with lime wedges.
