- Begin by slicing the jalapeños lengthwise and carefully removing the seeds and veins to control the spice level. Rub a light coat of oil over the peppers.
- Air fry the jalapeños at 400°F for 4 minutes until they soften slightly. Allow them to cool for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the half & half until smooth. Add the cheddar cheese and bacon, mixing thoroughly.
- Carefully take the cooled jalapeños and fill each with the cheese mixture, topping with more cheese and bacon crumbles.
- Return the stuffed jalapeños to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the poppers from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Top with sliced green onions and serve.
