Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. If using diced onions and pickles, fold them in now.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the frozen French fries, then the seasoned beef mixture, and finally top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the fries are crispy.
  5. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
