Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine cooked pasta and marinara sauce in a bowl, coating well. Fold in half of the cheese (1 cup Parmesan and 2 cups mozzarella).
  4. Fold in the chicken mixture and transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheeses (1 cup Parmesan and 2 cups mozzarella).
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
