  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup adjust according to your taste or omit entirely

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, add rolled oats, your choice of milk, Greek yogurt, chopped pistachios, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly using a spoon to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Once combined, securely cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or ideally overnight.
  3. After chilling, retrieve your oats from the fridge, remove the cover, and stir to blend any settled ingredients.
  4. Top your oats with additional chopped pistachios and fresh fruit or berries of your choice before serving.
