Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork for about 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger, sautéing for an additional 3–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper, then set aside to cool completely.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Spoon about two tablespoons of the cooled filling into the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly away from you, sealing the edge with a dab of water. Repeat this process until all the filling is used.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the assembled egg rolls with cooking oil. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, let them cool slightly before serving. They are best enjoyed warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
