Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Pasta Chips
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add 8 ounces of rigatoni or farfalle and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once done, carefully strain the pasta in a colander, allowing excess water to drain while you prepare for the next steps.
- Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Blend these together until well mixed.
- Add the drained pasta to the bowl with the seasoning mix. Gently toss until every piece of pasta is evenly coated.
- Carefully place the coated pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the Air Fryer Pasta Chips are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. For an extra touch, sprinkle with additional grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes
Store any leftover pasta chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Avoid refrigerating as this can make them soggy.
