- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add napa cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

- Lay wrapper in diamond shape, brush a corner with slurry, fill with cooled mixture, roll tightly, and seal with slurry.

- Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
