  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese switch to pepper jack if you like a little kick
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce feel free to add spinach or other leafy greens for variety
  • ½ cup ranch dressing use Greek yogurt for a lighter twist

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Bacon Ranch Chicken Wraps
  1. Warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side in a skillet over medium heat until soft. Keep warm.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and drizzle 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center, spreading evenly.
  3. Layer chopped romaine lettuce on top of the ranch dressing, followed by sliced chicken.
  4. Sprinkle crispy bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle more ranch dressing and optional hot sauce if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortillas inwards and roll tightly away from you.
  7. Toast the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  8. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm.

Notes
