Steps to Make Chips
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the cottage cheese dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Gently flatten each mound into thin circles, aiming for approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow chips to cool completely on the tray.
