  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk Or substitute with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Pre-made or homemade mix
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Optional, can use cooking spray instead
For Additional Flavor (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used for more kick
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Consider using finely chopped onion
  • Salt & Pepper To taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and dry 2-3 cucumbers thoroughly and slice into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  4. Toss the cucumber slices in the ranch mixture and let them marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange cucumber slices in a single layer. Lightly brush with olive oil if desired.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet to enhance crispiness.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
