Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed with 6 tablespoons of water to create flax eggs.
  3. Whisk together rolled oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, non-dairy mylk, flax eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently. Fold in blueberries.
