Ingredients

For the Oat Base
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats Use certified gluten-free oats if needed.
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder Ensure it's fresh for best results.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Opt for sea salt or kosher salt for a cleaner taste.
For the Wet Mix
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce Can substitute with mashed banana or yogurt.
  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Mylk Choose almond, oat, or soy for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Eggs To make, mix 2 tbsp ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp water and let sit until gel-like.
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup Substitute honey if not strictly vegan.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla extract for the best taste.
