- Fold dry ingredients into the ricotta mixture to form a soft dough.

- Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 2x3 inch rectangles.
- Mix remaining ricotta, chocolate chips, and pistachios for the filling.
- Place filling on each rectangle, fold, and seal edges tightly.
