- In a large pot of salted water, boil and cook bucatini according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and Italian seasoning, whisk in lemon juice and zest, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a splash of cold water, gradually add to the skillet while stirring to thicken, then fold in crab meat and parmesan, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add drained bucatini to the skillet, tossing until coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, adding reserved pasta water if too thick.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and extra parmesan. Serve warm.
