Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden and reach 165°F internal temperature. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan, stir until melted for a smooth sauce.
  4. Add Orzo: Combine orzo, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to skillet, toss, and season. Serve hot garnished with additional Parmesan.
