Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Peanut Chicken
  1. Cut boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
