Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold whole milk for about 2 minutes until well combined. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals while stirring until smooth and fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Add orange food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until the desired color is achieved.
  4. Carefully dip fresh strawberries into the colored white chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
  5. Spoon the chocolate pudding into small cups, filling about two-thirds full.
  6. Generously sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate pudding in each cup.
  7. Top each cup with two chocolate-covered strawberries arranged to resemble carrots.
