  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Basil

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash cucumbers under cool running water. Peel and slice thinly, removing seeds. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let drain.
