Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, add 2 minced garlic cloves, and sauté for 1 additional minute.
  2. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the beef mixture to cool slightly. Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted slightly with the beef, creating a gooey filling.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out 1 package of biscuit or pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Take a spoonful of the cheesy beef filling and place it in the center of each dough square. Pinch the dough closed around the filling, sealing tightly into a ball shape.
  5. Mix melted butter with the remaining minced garlic. Brush over the assembled bombs and sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Present them warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
