Method
 

Steps
  1. Grate the radishes and place them in a colander. Lightly sprinkle with salt and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine drained radishes, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped scallions, and mint leaves. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add 1 ½ teaspoons of salt and ¾ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper to the mixture. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors. Longer chilling is recommended for better taste.
  5. Serve the dip alongside warm pita, fresh vegetables, or grilled meats, and stir gently before serving.
