Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the low-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each into an oval shape, about 6 inches long.
  6. Add about 15g of pizza sauce and 20g of low-fat cheese to one half of each oval.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden-brown.
  9. Let the pockets cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
