Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure the avocado is ripe.
  2. Toast the whole-grain bread for extra crunch (optional).
  3. Spread honey mustard on one slice of the toasted bread.
  4. Layer the sliced turkey over the honey mustard.
  5. Slice the avocado and place it atop the turkey, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add fresh spinach leaves and any additional veggies desired.
  7. Spread honey mustard on the second slice of bread and place it on top.
  8. Press down gently to secure the sandwich and slice it in half.
