- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining it with paper cups.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, caraway seeds, and dried currants.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, nonfat milk, and melted unsalted butter until smooth.
