Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the fresh salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the seasoned salmon cubes thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Transfer the panko-coated salmon to the preheated oven or air fryer. Bake or air-fry for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  6. Assemble your bowls starting with a base of cooked jasmine rice, followed by layers of shredded purple cabbage, avocado slices, and shredded carrots. Top with crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites.
  7. Drizzle the prepared Bang Bang sauce over the assembled bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
