Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, and Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the filling and place seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
