  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Lightly steamed.
  • 1 cup Creamy Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated, or use Mozzarella/Parmesan.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, and Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the filling and place seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
