Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and honey. Toss chicken breasts in this mixture until evenly coated, then let them sit for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle seasoned salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper over the chicken breasts. Rub spices into each piece.
- Preheat the gas grill to 425-450°F, cleaning and oiling the grates.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts on the hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from heat, place cheese on each piece, and tent with foil for about 3 minutes to let the cheese melt.
- Mix together mayonnaise and ranch seasoning in a small bowl until well combined.
- Slice toasted buns and spread creamy ranch mayo on each cut-side. Layer lettuce, bacon, tomato slices, grilled chicken with melted cheese, red onion, and avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Place assembled sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately.
