Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
  5. Cover the skillet and steam for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine and scrape the bottom of the pan.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
