Step-by-Step Instructions for Korean Beef Noodles
  1. Season the cut beef chuck pieces with freshly cracked black pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Transfer the seasoned beef into your slow cooker and pour the prepared sauce over, ensuring every piece is coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  5. About 15-20 minutes before the beef is done, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. Once beef is tender, stir in the cooked noodles into the slow cooker and mix gently. Let them absorb the broth.
