Method
 

Instructions for Lemon Fluff
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 6 ounces of lemon jello with 2 cups of boiling water until completely dissolved.
  2. In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 20 ounces of crushed pineapple using a hand mixer.
  3. Carefully add the cooled lemon jello into the cream cheese and pineapple mixture and mix until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping into the jello mixture using a spatula or mixer.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a large glass serving bowl, cover with cling wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with 4 ounces of reserved whipped topping before serving and enjoy.
