Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, beaten eggs, minced garlic, panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until just mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 18 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then add garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the white cooking wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add chicken broth, cream, and more Parmesan, whisking until combined.
  7. Transfer the baked meatballs to the skillet and stir to coat. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
