- In a blender, combine chopped strawberries with unsweetened applesauce and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder over the strawberry puree and whisk gently.

- Allow the warm strawberry mixture to cool slightly for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the cooled mixture into a stand mixer and beat on high speed for about 15 minutes.
