  1. Prepare the calamari by cleaning and cutting it into rings. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a large sauté pan, pour in the olive oil and place it over medium heat. Add the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the red chili flakes, anchovies, and tomato paste. Cook for 10 to 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped olives, and capers to the pan. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the white wine into the pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
