Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling water until a rolling boil is reached. Remove from heat and steep chamomile tea bags for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Stir until honey dissolves completely.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour chamomile tea mixture over ice, filling glasses about three-quarters full. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and sprinkle chamomile flowers if available. Serve immediately.
