  • 4 cups Strong Coffee Brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 & 1/2 or Cream Use whole milk for lighter option
  • 1/2 cup Milk Any variety preferred
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Optional but recommended
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Or coconut cream for dairy-free

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In mixing bowl, dissolve desired amount of sugar into the cooled coffee.
  3. Stir in cream, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into freezable containers and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Let the containers sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Scoop the softened slush into cups and top with whipped cream.
