- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3-5 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Introduce the gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly golden.
