Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili sauce, and water until smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the toasted sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet, stir, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing them gently in the sauce for about 3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve the noodles garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
