  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic fresh garlic recommended
  • 5 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 12 ounces Chicken Sausage for vegetarian option, use plant-based sausage
  • 20 ounces Frozen Tortellini can substitute with any stuffed pasta like ravioli
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes omit for a milder dish
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese can substitute with mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil for presentation
  • 1 teaspoon Additional Red Pepper Flakes for extra kick

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and prepare your sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss fresh broccoli florets with minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Slice chicken sausage into thin rounds and place in a bowl.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 450ºF. Add roasted broccoli to the bowl with sausage, then toss in frozen tortellini, red pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on the prepared sheet pan, pour the mixture on it, and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking for crispy edges.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and optional garnishes before serving.
