- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine chicken breasts with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Toss until coated and add lemon slices.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the sheet pan and roast for about 15 minutes. Toss the chicken and roast for an additional 4-7 minutes until golden.
- To make the slaw, whisk together plain yogurt, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Fold in the green cabbage.
- Warm the pitas in the microwave or oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the pitas with a generous portion of slaw, followed by the roasted chicken and avocado slices.
- Serve immediately while warm.
