Ingredients

For the Filling
  • 1 cup Almond Flour Substitution: Use coconut flour starting with ¼ cup, adding more as needed for texture.
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers Note: Honey-flavored graham crackers can be used, but any original variety also works.
  • 1 cup Real Strawberries Tip: Use fresh strawberries to enhance flavor; frozen can work but may affect texture.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate Substitution: Use white chocolate or even melted frosting as a topping for variation.
  • Optional Sweetener Note: Adjust according to personal taste.

Equipment

  • food processor
  • Cookie Scoop
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Plate
  • wax paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine almond flour, graham crackers, and fresh strawberries. Pulse until the mixture blends into a cohesive and slightly sticky consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the mixture into balls, about 1.5 tablespoons each. Roll them gently and place each ball onto a plate.
  3. Transfer the plate of formed balls to the freezer and let them chill for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  4. Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until fully melted. Dip each bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. After coating, chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
