Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by breaking white chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at 50% power, stirring every 15–20 seconds until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Once melted and slightly cooled, add in mini marshmallows while the chocolate is still warm. Stir thoroughly to coat the marshmallows.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly. Press decorative sprinkles into the top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 to 60 minutes or until set.
  5. Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve.
