- Begin by breaking white chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at 50% power, stirring every 15–20 seconds until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Once melted and slightly cooled, add in mini marshmallows while the chocolate is still warm. Stir thoroughly to coat the marshmallows.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly. Press decorative sprinkles into the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 to 60 minutes or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve.
