  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, Italian sausage, and chopped onion for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic, marinara sauce, oregano, kosher salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles for 6-8 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, shredded Parmesan, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
