Ingredients

For the Bagels
  • 4 pieces Bagels Opt for fresh varieties like sesame or everything for best flavor.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Use full-fat for a richer taste or reduced-fat for a lighter version.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Adds gooey texture; substitute with Monterey Jack for a different twist.
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Make sure it’s cooled completely to avoid melting the cream cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Enhances creaminess; feel free to omit for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Provides tang; Greek yogurt can be a healthy alternative.
