- Coat each chicken breast with avocado oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- In a large sauté pan, heat the remaining avocado oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the spiralized zucchini noodles and diced chicken; sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
