  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Provides a fresh burst of flavor when sautéed.
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach Packed with nutrients.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Can be omitted for dairy-free.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare your chicken breasts and gather your ingredients.
  2. Coat each chicken breast with avocado oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. In a large sauté pan, heat the remaining avocado oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the spiralized zucchini noodles and diced chicken; sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
